Errol is a specialist in personal injury compensation law with 36 years’ experience. His areas of practice include work accident claims, motor vehicle accident claims, public liability claims, criminal injuries compensation claims, fatal accident claims, product liability claims as well as medical/hospital negligence claims.
Errol was admitted to practice in WA in 1987 and holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Jurisprudence from the University of Western Australia. He was admitted to the High Court of Australia in 1991.
Errol is married with two adult children. He enjoys travelling, photography, listening to classical music, collecting art, reading and cooking.

Dushka practices in all areas of personal injury compensation law including motor vehicle accident compensation claims, medical/hospital negligence claims, TPD claims, public liability claims and Criminal Injuries Compensation claims. She speaks Serb/Croatian.
Dushka obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Zagreb in 1985 and practised as in-house counsel in Croatia until 1990. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University and was admitted to practice in WA in 2001. She was admitted to the High Court of Australia in 2004.
Dushka has 3 adult children and enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog at the beach, gardening and music.
